Laura Lee is truly a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP). She offers a wide range of services that bring together mindful, physical and spiritual well being.
She holds honors' degrees in Liberal Arts and Behavioral Science Psychology. She also has more than six years of training in somatic therapies, including the completion of a three-year training program in Somatic Experiencing® (SE).
Laura Lee has also studied spiritual world philosophies and practices feng shui and other life energy paths. She is a reverend and a clairsentient and offers life affirming ceremonies and empathetic support in her practice. Laura Lee holds healing space for her clients with love, harmony and compassion.
Laura Lee has guided many clients through healing from multiple types of traumas. These include traumatic events related to injury, suffocation, abuse, medical procedure, assault and torture. She incorporates SE, Trauma First Aide® (TFA), touch therapy and energy medicine into private, customized sessions. In addition, she has combined SE and TFA into classes designed for healing traumatic stress in a group setting. Laura Lee also offers distant healing sessions using Energy Medicine and Somatic Experiencing.
Laura Lee helps her clients create sacred spaces for living and career. She uses the ancient knowledge of the traditional schools of feng shui. Through feng shui, Laura Lee works with environments to support her clients' success in all areas of life. She assists individuals, couples and communities in creating harmony, beauty and balance in their lives.
In addition, Laura Lee is educated in stress management, fitness and Western and Eastern nutrition. She customizes healthy eating and lifestyle plans for individuals, families and groups. She is an independent executive of Zrii, an Ayurvedic nutritional company, endorsed by the Chopra Center for Well Being.
